I help F-1, OPT and STEM OPT students turn their degrees into full-time jobs in the U.S.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Wandata Tech, I guide students through the whole job search: reviewing resumes, sharpening LinkedIn profiles and preparing for interviews. Many resumes I see are built the way they are in India, with personal details, long duty lists and no results. Fixing that is often the quickest way to more callbacks.
My earlier work was in e-commerce and customer care, where I learned to handle volume, solve problems on the phone and keep people informed until things were resolved. I bring the same approach to every student I work with.
